By adding a topic proposal to any track you are also agreeing that either you or your direct delegate(s) will physically be in the meeting room at the event in Porto, Portugal to lead the session and present all material to the audience.

Virtual-Only Rules

  • Scheduling  a virtual-only session is first-come, first-served. 
  • All virtual-only track scheduling will occur on the 2022 June DTF Virtual-Only Track page. The TeamUp calendar will have a single link for the entire virtual-only track back to that page.
  • The program committee will be focused only on the on-site schedule.  Virtual-only sessions won't be included in their planning
  • A Topic page is required for any virtual-only session - no change from the usual way of doing things in that regard.
  • No meeting rooms will be assigned to virtual-only sessions.
