Planning
We need go-forward project plans (preferably with dates, or at least timeframes), specific action items, and metrics to which we all hold ourselves accountable. This is what differentiates this activity from a coffee club. I'd like to hear more from the programming committee before doing more bullet points here.
The program committee currently meets on Fridays at 9 am PST.
