Detailed Description: Launched in January 2021, Anuket is the newest project in the LFN pantheon. In this session we will talk about the process that we went through to create the project, with some lessons learned along the way. How we created the project framework despite differences in the tools, approaches and delivery mechanisms. Learn about what worked and what didn't work as we merged two very different organizations with very different personalities. We promise there are no dumb questions, you can ask us anything.
