Jira / GitHub Update
Jira now created. Need to label / categorize the Jira. ONAP integration approved. Need to understand how this work. ONAP. Louis to coordinate with ONAP, develop a recommendation for hierarchy, federation, workflows, etc. GitHub has not yet been set up; need to hammer out some many of the same issues. Agreed to upstream the code back to the project codebases wherever possible. Louis developing a ReadMe for Jira/GiHub.
