Error: The connection to the server oauth-openshift.apps.cluster01.mtl.kaloom.lab was refused - did you specify the right host or port?

Hanen, connection refuse is coming from oauth-openshift.apps.cluster01.mtl.kaloom.lab. Is this reachable ? I know this is same IP as 10.198.7.23, however, if anything changed over weekend or so...which we're not aware of.
