CNCF / Anuket Meet Up

  • RA2 / RC2 teams were going to review the CNCF test cases that are currently existing.  Need to capture feedback from the review and what recommend next steps.
  • Need to work with Gergely to schedule the next call between Anuket and CNCF, once the feedback / questions / etc. are available from the RA2/RC2 review.
  • Sandra Jackson is planning to join the next RA2/RC2 call to remind them about this action item.
  • From the early reviews of the current test plans (Anuket and CNCF), it seems there is good coverage on cloud native aspects, but there is a gap for coverage on network functions. 

Release 2022.r1 planning

  • Creating a branch, release.2022.r1, for work in the Gitlab repo on the upcoming release.
    • New branch currently matches main, but changes can be proposed back to this branch, as the 2022.r1 release is developed.
    • When released, the branch would be merged back to main, and tagged, as we did with the 2021.10 release.
    • Lincoln Lavoie proposed adding a developer guide type document to the repo, to help explain / document our process.
  • ONAP VVP and VNFREQTS are no longer maintained per ONAP TSC
    • Remove these from the 2022.r1 release? - Group agreed
  • Workload Interop Testing
    • How / where could document required for a work load running on top of infrastructure meeting the AAP requirements as interop requirements / test requirements?
    • Test documentation (i.e. RC2) should likely be the correct place to define the test cases / definitions for interop of the workload on the infrastructure.
    • Need to review RC2, to see if these requirements or test cases are addresses in the upcoming release of Anuket, or come up with an approach for including this in the next release of Anuket.
    • Lincoln Lavoie , Kodi Atuchukwu , and Olivier Smith  will take a pass through the RC2 document and bring back comments to the next session.
  • Anuket Assured Site / Documentation improvements
