HEAT VNF Validation Testing Updates

• Test cases are working, some automation work has been completed.
• Working to integrate package validation (i.e. previously released testing).
• Need to get a meeting with the Dovetail team to align output / log file formats. Aiming for a little change on the portal side as possible.
