Tech & PRs
- Tail calls: Hash size discussion - Can we have atomic updates of a bpf_prog_array? (No, but it is not documented other than source code)
  - can hash sizes be other than 4?
  - Yes: https://blogs.oracle.com/linux/post/bpf-in-depth-communicating-with-userspace
  - Need to figure this out. We will use hash maps a lot. Cilium allows only one tail call
  - Need to use xdp_dispatcher (no tail calls or prog_array needed) or get the Linux kernel fixed
February D&TF - there is a discussion to potential move the virtual event from February to March. Each project TSC is being asked for input/thoughts.
- March would give us some breathing time
