   1. update for TSC review on Jun.30 @ollivier: it was clear as the code in tree. thank you.
   2. the team agrees to keep CIRV and RI and RC call as one call 
   3. CIRV have some updates on each weeks call
   4. Cedric Ollivier +1 for the current format
      • I don't see why we should multiple sparsed meetings if all streams can be reviewed in 1 hour
      • it's also up to TSC to join the appropriate calls (at least we should know first any conflict - no feedback yet)
