      1. Instantiate Vendor Implementation (VI's) with RC tool set running in preparations for a planned friendly trial
      2. Use Intel CNTT as RI baseline
      3. Notes: 
        1. Letter generated as an introductory memo, soliciting candidate volunteers (under review, to be sent by EOW)
        2. Clarification (to be included in the memo)
          1. Not mandatory to deploy on Intel labs
          2. Consider having operator (Orange) participate - there was interest from Orange (via Cedric)
          3. Need to ensure clear scope/requirements are present in the memo - e.g. a particular installer is not required
