Notes

Meetings:

  • It appears that most of us are in the US or London time.
  • Initially we will do every Wednesday at 11am New York time, unless that's an issue.

Messaging:

  • Jonathan Beltran What is the messaging that will influence people to adopt CNTT?  We're technical, but that's really a BUSINESS decision.  What's the message that resonates on the business side?
  • Bob Monkman What are we trying to do and what are the expected outcomes?  What is the business proposition?  Weak on aspects of why this is expected to succeed and how it will help.  Need to answer those questions for the decisionmakers.
  • Jonathan Beltran to think about ways to find out what's necessary based on experience in large industry coalition building.
  • Nick Chase to talk to Boris Renski about finding people to interview about this.

Whitepaper:

  • Nick will find out who at Intel is getting involved in the whitepaper and talk to Bob.
  • Rabi will likely be interested
  • Beth is definitely interested
  • Are we far enough along?  Bob says he feels like we are far enough along on goals and intent.  What will we be testing for? What are the details of RA1 and RA2?  Jonathan : likely more of a roadmap whitepaper.  CTA is a natural part of this.  The ecosystem is so large we have a lot of options to focus on.

Content:

  • First order of business is to get messaging together
  • We need to maintain the standard deck.  Bob suggested we create a 30-3-30 format – 30 seconds, 3 minutes, 30 minutes.  This can be a workstream of its own.
  • Will post the existing deck in the minutes (Jonathan Beltran)
  • We will create a wiki page for blog post brainstorming. (Nick Chase)
