By adding a topic proposal to any track you are also agreeing that either you or your direct delegate(s) will physically be in the meeting room at the event in Porto, Portugal to lead the session and present all material to the audience.As with all of our LFN events: - Zoom bridges for this event will be provisioned for community use, on a best effort basis by LFN staff.
- All bridges will be made available "as-is", with the utilization and operation of those bridges being 100% managed by the community.
Unlike our prior LFN in-person events: (Prague, Jan. 2020 being the last one)Staff members will not be monitoring Zoom bridges for session connectivity, availability, slide sharing, audio quality, recordings or remote Q&A purposes.On-site networking infrastructure is being provisioned to accommodate general attendee needs, without the additional separate subnet required for presentation use.All in-room A/V systems will be configured without the additional dedicated hardware and tech-support personnel required for seamless network integration. |
