Rhe ONAP ‘CNF Taskforce’ has been doing some analysis of EMCO in an attempt to figure out the right roles and responsibilities for each project in the integrated solution and the proper interfaces for integration. 5) People with seats vs. people without seats in EMCO: the current contributors all have seats in GitLab ultimate, so they will be able to trigger the CI and use the minutes from the subscriptions, while other/future contributors will not be able to trigger the CI until they're added as a seat - is this acceptable or should we engage with GitLab to allow any contributor to use CI minutes from our Ultimate subscription?
