Project Level Badges are issued annually in Q1 of the year and are based upon participation and contributions between January 1st and December 31st of the preceding year.
At some point in the future some of these may be issued on a more frequent basis if and when those categories can be automated.

| Earners of this badge have achieved Committer status on ONAP within the past year. This recognition acknowledges the efforts of those committers in dedicating their time & skills to the project and displaying their personal eminence. | Subject Matter Expert in Open Source; Networking; ONAP | Experience | Committer status for ONAP as per status of "+2" commits as measured in LFX Insights annually from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 the previous year.
