Agenda

  • Start the Recording
  • We will start by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

Minutes

Induction services review

  • The TAC reviewed the induction services to identify any blockers or concerns for attracting new engagement in the LFN.
  • Frank Brockners What do some of these services cost?
  • Is this review a question of what services are available to attract new projects
    • What can we do to attract projects directly
    • Is it a question of costs?
  • We need to identify why Nephio and CAMARA did not join LFN directly?
  • If some projects already have a certain way to do something, (i.e. tooling) are there mandatory services?
    • No.  The services other than inbound code review and trademarking, all services are optional.
  • We should make sure the quality of services are not driving away potential projects

Other Topics differed for time.

Action items

  • Casey Cain add language at the top of the list page that indicates these are optional services that a project can be leveraged by the project and are not mandatory
  • Casey Cain add info on Mentorship to the list
