CVC Chair and Vice Chair
The vote for the CVC chair and vice-chair positions will be taken as a single Condorcet vote. The top ranked candidate will be selected as a chair, while the second ranked candidate will be selected as the vice-chair. Nominees must be employees of LFN member companies. The voting period will be 1 week.

| Olivier Smith | MATRIXX | Self | Olivier Smith has been an active member of the CVC since helping launch the Anuket Assured program in 2021. Olivier continues to engage across multiple open-source projects within Linux Foundation Networking and the CNCF where he focuses on developing and promoting cloud native best practices for telecom infrastructure and workloads. He has over 20 years of telecom software development and leadership experience. He has held senior management positions at leading telecom companies, worked as a telecom strategy consultant, and held numerous technical roles during his time at a global systems integration firm. As the Anuket Assured Chair during 2022 -2023, Olivier worked with the CVC to drive collaboration and coordination for cloud native across Linux Foundation communities. In doing so, he works to bring meaningful results for service providers and vendor communities to allow the industry to confidently adopt cloud native solutions and best practices. If elected again, Olivier can be expected to continue coordinating across LF communities to drive further clarity and focus on Anuket Assured cloud native infrastructures and workloads together with the CVC community. | Yes | |
