• User story publication is moving along - moved that bucket from "red" to "yellow"
  • Recently published:

  • Upcoming:
    • PANTHEON/Intel (ODL & FD.io) (blog post)
    • Robust pipeline of user story contenders from ONE CFP submissions & accepted talks. Jill Lovato& Pano Xinosto connect with SMEs to push forward. 
  • Developer Content
    • Pano Xinosworking to leverage June content for Fall D&TF teasers
    • Will generate additional content onsite in Seattle
  • Need to set expectations with the Board on what we can realistically deliver by EOY - e.g., 1-2 more user stories, 1-2 more pieces of Developer content. 

2023 Planning

• Expect 2023 Board goals to be similar to 2022's
• Given we did a big overhaul on the 2022 Marketing plan:
  • Can approach 2023 plan as some fine-tuning, specifically related to content deliverables that make the biggest impact for the leas amount of $
• Budget will be mostly flat to down (e.g., no need for website re-haul)
• Expect ~$150k for content/digital
  • we can determine best use of these funds (e.g., digital advertising, video production, white papers, etc.)
  • Suggest we determine one top-line initiative to prioritize for the year and then map activities to that initiative
