Agenda

  • Start the Recording
  • We will start by mentioning the project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

TF Project Health Review Nick Davey

  • Do get several end users to join meetings, but struggle with long-term contribution
  • Working on off-hours calls for EMEA and APAC
  • "Community of Interest" vs "Community of Developers"
  • Cross-community collaboration: still focused internally & need to work in this area
  • Lot of work to stay up-to-date with latest work of kernels, OpenStack, Kubernetes
  • Infrastructure tooling: migrating CI/CD pipeline to LF-hosted Jenkins; code and documentation repos in good shape; thanks to LF Staff
  • Would like to get some end users to publish their successes
  • Governance: more well-balanced beyond Juniper but still would like to get more end users involved
  • Working well: collaboration with Linux Foundation
  • Would like to make a larger marketing impact with releases particularly at year-end

Confluence Spam

  • No new updates yet - IT is working on a longer term solution
