Question: Are we meeting the needs of the community? Is AAP actually shortening the time to deployment? Are vendors seeing enough value to participate?
Orange POV (William Diego): Badges not currently of interest. Future: It will depend on the level of test. Initial badges not enough for requirements. Testing frameworks might even be more valuable than the badge. How do we go from workloads to badges? Where does the "value" from the a program like this come from? William/Heather to huddle offline. KDDI POV: Been away from program for a while, but feel that overall the program is the right thing to do. AT&T POV (Al Morton) If AVP replaced 10% or more of current testing, the program would have value. A good place to start.
CVC Workflows (Lincoln)
Governance in place. R1 2021 Release (Honolulu + Anuket Kali) per testing defined in those projects. track->artifact→deliverable. Definition of R1 in draft form, incorporate in RC track, Kali release. Biggest hurdles: Getting right eyes from Anuket team on the work.

Open Question: And is this the 10% coverage/savings? Who can make this call? EUAG, etc. Relation with AAP + CNCF? Specific workloads testing (cloud native elements). Use Cases, will they be compliant with CNF workloads? Work plans include RA, RM, RC approaches that cover these workloads specifically, ties back to relationship towards a set of requirements, that is traceable, that hopefully relieves operators from doing this. Al: At some point, we need to tie back to 5G. How can we do this, e.g. point to a specific 5G implementation. Can we get this community to speak openly on this part? 5G SBP is pushing the boundaries. Can Anuket make it scalable, repeatable? Heather: we should have the conversation.
