Happy Hour

  • A brief discussion continued about happy hour activities.
    • General consensus was to just hold a "bring a beverage" happy hour.
    • Not very many cycles to support other activities unless the LF Events team can support something else.
    • Jeopardy or scavenger hunt.
      • Speakers can put some small secret in their presentation, if people can find it, then there is some award or swag.
    • Wheel of Fortune. collect a "letter" or secret phrase from each pre preso  - maybe spell out the new merger name.
      • assign a letter to each time slot

Topics

  • New topics from the communities have started to filter in.  We've set the 25th as the drop-dead date to get topics submitted.
  • Topics by Sept. 25, Schedule to be finalized by Oct. 9
  • #AGREED PLAN: 4 hrs a day, break @ 2hrs, start at noon UTC.
