ONAP Kohn release

• Moving forward with ODL Sulfur release for Kohn.  
  • Dan says that this will allow more time to adapt to new RESTCONF in ODL Chlorine for the London release.
  • At this time, Dan is optimistic about Sulfur integration with Kohn
• Robert:  patch to remove Bierman 02

  • RESTCONF Protocol draft-bierman-netconf-restconf-02

• May need to dual-license bierman 02.  
  • Need LF legal input.
  • Dan to send David and email describing the licensing proposal
  • David will submit a ticket to LF legal
  • Not an issue until Chlorine / London timeframe (4Q22, 1Q23)
• Schedule for Chlorine release
