Project Health Reviews
Issue that project teams are not participating in project health reviews
Required reviews are quarterly for sandbox, and annual for incubation.
Issues with project health (see above) could be caught if reviews held regularly, but how to encourage projects to participate?
Would like to encourage projects to participate in webinar creation (similar to what ONAP has been doing)
Option to get rid of the review template & just have a scheduled review (no preparation necessary) where pull up LFX data directly & have informal discussion
Will have small team review and make recommendations
