Interim TSC election calendar proposal

Remarks:

Agreement: Decision was made to have two co-chairs, not a chair and vice chair. As a result, the two chairs will be elected in a single election, followed by the SPC election." 
Agreement: There will be two separate elections in parallel: one to fill 8 seats from OPNFV TSC members, and 7 seats from the CNTT TSC members

Election period of 1 week should be fine
Nomination periods of 1 week probably too long → shorten to 2-3 days if needed, results in a "moving" election schedule dates, i.e. deadlines not always on Fridays.

Decision was made to have co-chair, not chair and vice. Recommendation is to run co-chair election as a single election with 2 seats filled, followed by SPC only. ← I included this above. Ok from remove from here?

Discussion of Trevor's proposed organization strawman. Need to add link here. Merged workstreams. Anuket Projects and Workstreams: Specification, implementation, conformance projects. Implementations are a set of flavors based on the reference architectures that are part of the specification projects pool.
