Emily Ruf talked about the various different tooling available that the event staff is reviewing.

• Should we use something like Sched?
  
  • HK: It's a bit top-heavy and difficult to update on the fly which is a common need for our developer events
• Looking to evaluate other tools for chat services and calendaring.  Casey will provide an update on the next meeting for tools calendaring

Schedule

• What time zone should we try to set for the meeting schedule?
  • 5 hour sessions.  4 hours for topics.  1 Hour for breaks and padding between sessions
  • 11 AM UTC Start
    • 4am PDT
    • Add various time zone conversions to the schedule

Summary of Feedback

• Heather showed the feedback results from the last survey which was generally positive.  The feedback that we needed to improve our calendaring. 

Heather noted that we are working on doing giveaways.

We need to add a topic on the TAC to discuss getting more plenary sessions
