- New dates so far seem to be favorable to the June 22-25th dates.

- There seems to be a general agreement that all topic proposals should be submitted no later than .
- This should give the committee enough time to finalize the schedule and publish it in advance of the event.
- When schedule planning, ask the presenters so that they allow enough time for Q&A at the end of their allocated time slot.
- How long and what timezone should we target?
- Need to build in an official coffee break.
- 4 days of 4 hours of sessions with a break added.
- 2x 15 min breaks or 1x 30m event?

- Please encourage your teams to start submitting their topics here.
- There is a need to ensure that there is more cross-community collaboration and discussions.
- One effort should be that we operate on a more uniform time to allow for consistent breaks to allow for bio/personal needs.
