2021.10 Anuket Assured Release

Tagging the formal release - still to be done.
- Agreed we can add the formal "Release.2021.10" tag to the repo main-line as it exists today.
- Brandon Wick will add the links to the website: https://www.lfnetworking.org/verification/
- Agreed we will add a second "point release" as .1 once the how-to guide has been merged into the repo.
Promotional Plans
- Getting the word out around the new program.
- Need to check on the status with Heather Kirksey on the potential "trial users" of the program and if there are any vendor comments we could wait on and use as part of the larger announcements.

Aim for 2021 Q1 as a release time-frame for the next revision of the program.
Items to consider:
- Need to capture feedback from any program participants.
- Number of releases per year.
Formal planning to kick off mid-November.
