Plugfest planners are requesting more of a focus on developer engagement and less on content presentation. Consequently, proposals that are development oriented are more likely to be selected for the Prague plugfestOPNFV Plugfest. 

For Plugfest challenges, state the hacking challenge and include the technologies of interest so that developers can self-identify if they have the skills for the challenge.
