Lengthy discussion of altering the format - ONE Summit Exec style
Mainly based on requests from China
Primary difference between the ONE Summit exec is purely preso based without any cross collaboration or actual work being preformed.
Discussed moving the entire event to start late pacific / mid-day Asia / early AM Europe. - model has been attempted by several communities without success. Exception has been the ODL TSC.
