Continuing from the last release in this release plugins for Fluxv2 and Azure Arc will be provided. Status handling support for Gitops based Kubernetes clusters will be added. Monitor to be updated to support GitOps based clusters.

Adding PUT API for User Permissions, Quotas. Add support for adding individual permissions, new clusters to the existing logical cloud, and clusters with GitOps support. Add status notification framework for DCM.
Add more test cases in SFC, enhancements of status notifications, framework support for Kubernetes v1.22, and above.
