Anuket updates

• Mission statement (draft)

• "Interim" TSC proposal and election is complete

  • 15 seat TSC:  (8) OPNFV; (7) CNTT – Current TSC Members and Officers with finalized CNTT seats (and OPNFV seats)
  • Election / Nominating Schedule Operational/TSC Home
• Anuket meetings will be open for attendance; TSC members will have added responsibility to vote (if any specific votes are needed)
• Concerns / Updates 09 Dec 2020 
  • Cedric Ollivier need to be cautious with any kind of sudden, unplanned changes (including tool changes such as container repo's) - during interim and future
  • Pankaj Goyal work intake - need to consider work intake at the project level, not Anuket TSC (not centrally managed).  TSC should be focused on spawning projects based on technology and market needs. 
    • Al Morton agrees, says OPNFV projects individually decide on milestones / requirements to achieve - the challenge comes where there is a large number of requirements and large number of resources needed.
  • Walter Kozlowski Need to discuss the Charter.
  • Al Morton Gitlab is under consideration, potential cost savings at LFN level.
• Current Status 09 Dec 2020 
  • Scot Steele presented Anuket Org and Deliverables (Proposal)
  • Scot Steele and Beth Cohen have both indicated Anuket TSC will be lite overhead mgmt

• RA2 will add a Workstream Co-Lead:  Riccardo Gasparetto Stori
• Tom Kivlin will continue to transition RA-2 Co-Lead responsibilities in the coming weeks

• 23 Nov 2020 OITF and OPG (platform group) collaboration meeting
• Recommend agenda slot on new Anuket TSC
• Meeting with 5G security task force on 14 Dec 2020 - look for an update on 16 Dec 2020
